Biography

A lawyer specializing in intellectual property and holder of a Ph.D. in Social Sciences from the National University of Asunción. He is a leading authority on intellectual property law and practice in Paraguay.

She advises on the protection, defense, and enhancement of intangible assets, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights, as well as on specialized litigation and international protection strategies. Her practice combines specialized litigation, proactive advisory services, and active participation in the development of intellectual property doctrine and regulations in the country.

He has led key professional organizations in the sector and participated in intellectual property regulatory reform processes, thereby consolidating his technical and institutional influence on the evolution of the regulatory framework.
