Biography

Lawyer specializing in intellectual property.

She holds a law degree from the American University of Asunción (2008) and a Master of Laws from the Universidad del Norte (2014). She is a certified Spanish–English translator (Supreme Court of Justice of Paraguay, 2014).

He has additional training in tax and business matters, including a master’s degree in Commercial Law and Tax Consulting (awaiting thesis defense) and specializations in international tax auditing and taxation.

He has published articles and contributions on intellectual property in specialized national and international publications, including Kluwer Law Online, CONSULEGIS IP Newsletter, and Latin Lawyer.
