Biography

Lawyer, National University of Asunción, and Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia Law School (New York). She is a leading expert in intellectual property and dispute resolution in Paraguay, with a practice focused on the strategic protection and valuation of intangible assets in highly competitive and regulated environments.

As an Intellectual Property Agent, she leads comprehensive strategies for the protection of trademarks, copyrights, and international portfolios, including the design of regional protection structures, complex litigation, and administrative representation before the relevant authorities. Her experience spans sectors related to innovation, technology, consumer goods, and international brand expansion.

She is a member of and has chaired technical committees in international organizations such as ASIPI, AIPPI, and INTA, actively participating in regional discussions on regulatory developments, non-traditional trademarks, enforcement, and global intellectual property trends. She is the author and co-author of specialized publications on intellectual property in international reference works and legal journals.
