Biography

A lawyer who graduated from the National University of Asunción and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia Law School (New York). She is a leading expert in intellectual property and dispute resolution in Paraguay, with a practice focused on the strategic protection and enhancement of intangible assets in highly competitive and regulated environments.

As an Intellectual Property Agent, he leads comprehensive strategies for the protection of trademarks, copyrights, and international portfolios, including the design of regional protection structures, complex litigation, and administrative defense before the relevant authorities. His experience spans sectors related to innovation, technology, consumer goods, and the international expansion of brands.

She has served on and chaired technical committees at international organizations such as ASIPI, AIPPI, and INTA, actively participating in regional debates on regulatory developments, non-traditional trademarks, enforcement, and global trends in intellectual property.
