Biography

An attorney specializing in intellectual property and dispute resolution. Her practice focuses on the strategic protection of intangible assets, trademark portfolio management, and representation before administrative authorities in trademark matters.

She holds a law degree from the «Nuestra Señora de la Asunción» Catholic University (1997). She holds a postgraduate degree in Civil Law, with a specialization in Contracts, from the University of Salamanca, Spain (2005), and a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property from the University of Buenos Aires (2008). She is an Intellectual Property Agent.

He is a member of the Paraguayan Association of Intellectual Property Agents (APAPI).
