A lawyer who graduated from the National University of Asunción (1969), with more than five decades of experience in corporate, banking, and financial law, mergers and acquisitions, and international transactions. He is one of the leading figures in business law in Paraguay.
He has advised on highly complex strategic operations and has held prominent institutional positions, including roles related to the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and advisory positions for international financial institutions. His career has been closely linked to key processes aimed at institutionalizing and strengthening the private sector in the country.
He is a co-founder and General Counsel of the Paraguayan Chamber of Exporters and Marketers of Grains and Oilseeds (CAPECO) and serves as president of the Solidaridad Foundation, establishing a leadership role that combines legal practice, institutional expertise, and social commitment.
