An attorney with more than 25 years of experience in corporate law, banking and finance, and capital markets, with a proven track record in structuring and executing highly complex financial transactions. He is one of the leading experts in capital markets and financial regulation in Paraguay.

He leads the firm’s Banking and Finance practice, advising on the structuring of financing, securities offerings, debt instruments, registration processes, and compliance with regulatory authorities, as well as on transactions that require multidisciplinary coordination and sophisticated technical design. His practice combines legal precision, a business-oriented approach, and a deep understanding of the regulatory environment.

He serves as President of the Asunción Stock Exchange, a position that reflects his institutional leadership and his active involvement in modernizing and strengthening the Paraguayan capital market. He has been involved in initiatives related to regulatory developments, engagement with supervisory authorities, and the consolidation of market standards.
