SEBASTIÁN PÉREZ

A Certified Public Accountant with more than 15 years of professional experience, a graduate of the University of the Republic (Uruguay). He specializes in the design and implementation of strategic solutions in the areas of financial reporting, management accounting, and management analysis, advising organizations in the corporate, financial, and public sectors.

His practice combines technical expertise with a strategic approach, focusing on accounting structuring, optimization of internal controls, performance analysis, and strengthening corporate governance models. He also has extensive experience in Human Resources outsourcing and in the implementation and administration of payroll systems, providing comprehensive solutions focused on operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and risk reduction.

Combines accounting expertise with a deep understanding of the regulatory and financial environment, providing key technical support for complex business processes and strategic decision-making.

He serves as Director of the Paraguayan-Uruguayan Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of the Paraguayan Council of Certified Public Accountants and the Paraguayan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
