The event organized by the International Fiscal Association brought together leading figures in the field of international taxation in Antigua Guatemala. Representing MERSAN, our partner Tomás Mersán and our senior associate, Federico Martínez, participated in the various sessions of analysis and technical exchange alongside specialists from Latin America and other jurisdictions.
The agenda addressed issues related to current challenges in international tax law, including regulatory trends, tax policy, tax incentives, and economic development, providing a valuable forum for dialogue and reflection among professionals in the sector.
