Federico Martínez will participate in the Pre-Conference Workshop organized by IFA LATAM and the AEDF

As part of the upcoming IFA European Conference, our senior associate Federico Martinez Tebecheri will participate in the Pre-Conference Event organized jointly by IFA LATAM and the Spanish Association of Financial Law (AEDF), as part of the YIN Panel: Estate Planning – Mobility, Structures, and Taxation in Global Families.

At this event, Federico will join a panel of leading experts in the field, including: Marcel E. Roche (Venezuela), Félix J. Espíritu García (Dominican Republic), Verónica Barone (Colombia), Félix Daniel Martínez Laguna (Spain), and Paula Benéitez Régil (Spain).

The panel will discuss how international mobility, wealth structures, and tax implications affect families with global interests and ties, exploring current challenges and best practices for wealth planning in a cross-border context.
