As part of IFA LATAM 2026, our partner Tomás Mersán participated as a panelist in the ICC Roundtable Discussion: “Guiding Principles of Tax Incentives in Latin America: Issues of Policy, Legislation, and Tax Administration”, a forum for reflection and discussion on the challenges associated with the design and implementation of tax incentives in the region.
The event brought together leading figures from Latin America, moderated by Roland Karig with technical moderation by Ivana Rosa, along with prominent international panelists who shared diverse perspectives on tax policy, regulatory coherence, and economic development.
