Here is the full article:<\/p><p>MERSAN, a long-established law firm in Paraguay specializing in intellectual property, tax law, antitrust law, and business consulting, announced the addition of Sebasti\u00e1n P\u00e9rez Caballero as a new partner.<\/p><p>The goal of his administration, he said, <strong>The initial phase will involve developing four main lines of work<\/strong>: accounting and BPO services, tax, auditing, and consulting, supported by interdisciplinary teams that include not only accountants but also other professionals such as systems engineers, economists, and humanities scholars.<\/p><p>\u201cLooking ahead, we are working on opening new offices. Paraguay has established itself as one of the most stable countries in the region with sustained growth, and our goal is to support that process, growing alongside the country and strengthening MERSAN\u2019s presence within that context of development,\u201d he revealed in an interview with <em>Coffee and Business<\/em> P\u00e9rez Caballero.<\/p><p data-start=\"91\" data-end=\"500\"><strong>Throughout his career, the Uruguayan worked at a regional professional services firm, where he started as an assistant in the outsourcing department and eventually became a partner.<\/strong> In this field, he worked for three years in Uruguay and twelve in Paraguay, a career path that allowed him to gain insight into the organization from its most operational levels all the way up to strategic decision-making, covering every stage in between.<\/p><p data-start=\"502\" data-end=\"752\">\u201cWith more than 20 years of experience in accounting, tax, and business consulting, Sebasti\u00e1n has a solid track record spanning various sectors, including finance, agribusiness, real estate, and services,\u201d Mersan said.<\/p><p data-start=\"754\" data-end=\"967\"><strong data-start=\"754\" data-end=\"967\">At the same time, in the business community, he served as president of the Paraguayan-Uruguayan Chamber of Commerce, based in Asunci\u00f3n.
