Organizations established prior to January 2, 2026, have 90 calendar days to comply, with this deadline extended to April 1, 2026; organizations established after that date have 30 calendar days from the date of their establishment.<\/span><\/p> The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) has kept the SIARA platform active for registration management and has made the user manual available on its official website\u2014free of charge and open to the public\u2014which details the registration process and the system\u2019s features.<\/span><\/p> Pursuant to Law No. 7363\/2024 and Decree No. 4806\/2025, registration is mandatory for nonprofit organizations (NPOs) that receive or manage funds, regardless of their source, and use them to participate in public policy initiatives in the Republic of Paraguay. The regulations provide for specific exceptions and stipulate that non-profit organizations incorporated abroad must apply for registration exclusively via email at registro_osfl@mef.gov.py, where they will be informed of the applicable requirements.<\/span><\/p>
