La operaci\u00f3n fue estructurada mediante dos facilidades de cr\u00e9dito independientes en distintas monedas:<\/span><\/p>

Pr\u00e9stamo A:<\/strong> hasta USD 100.000.000<\/span><\/p>

Pr\u00e9stamo B:<\/strong> hasta EUR 20.000.000<\/span><\/p>

Como asesores legales, brindamos asesoramiento sobre el marco regulatorio aplicable, asistimos en el proceso de debida diligencia legal del prestatario y acompa\u00f1amos la revisi\u00f3n y adecuaci\u00f3n de la documentaci\u00f3n contractual conforme al derecho paraguayo.<\/span><\/p>

MERSAN<\/strong> acted as local legal counsel to DEG \u2013 Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft in connection with a long-term unsecured financing granted to Banco Continental S.A.E.C.A.<\/span><\/p>

The transaction was structured through two separate loan facilities in different currencies:<\/span><\/p>

Loan A:<\/strong> up to USD 100,000,000<\/span><\/p>

Loan B:<\/strong> up to EUR 20,000,000<\/span><\/p>

As legal counsel, we advised on the applicable regulatory framework, assisted in the legal due diligence process concerning the borrower, and supported the review and alignment of the contractual documentation under Paraguayan law.<\/span><\/p>
