MERSAN<\/strong> served as local legal counsel to DEG \u2013 German Investment and Development Corporation<\/strong> regarding an unsecured long-term loan granted to Banco Continental S.A.E.C.A.<\/span><\/p>

The transaction was structured using two separate credit facilities in different currencies:<\/span><\/p>

Loan A:<\/strong> up to USD 100,000,000<\/span><\/p>

Loan B:<\/strong> up to EUR 20,000,000<\/span><\/p>

As legal advisors, we provide guidance on the applicable regulatory framework, assist with the borrower\u2019s legal due diligence process, and support the review and adaptation of contractual documentation in accordance with Paraguayan law.<\/span><\/p>
