The deadline is currently in effect for nonprofit organizations (NPOs) subject to Law No. 7363\/2024<\/strong> to complete their registration in the appropriate administrative registry. Organizations established before January 2, 2026, have 90 calendar days to register, a period that runs through April 1, 2026, while those established after that date have 30 calendar days from the date of their incorporation.<\/span><\/p>

The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) has activated the SIARA platform for managing registrations and has made a user manual available on its official website\u2014freely accessible and free of charge\u2014that details the registration procedure and the system\u2019s features.<\/span><\/p>

Pursuant to Law No. 7363\/2024<\/strong> and Decree No. 4806\/2025<\/strong>, registration is mandatory for NPOs that receive or manage funds\u2014regardless of their source\u2014and allocate them for participation in public policies in the Republic of Paraguay. The regulation provides for specific exceptions and stipulates that NPOs incorporated abroad must apply for registration exclusively via email at registro_osfl@mef.gov.py, where the applicable requirements will be communicated.<\/span><\/p>
