The deadline is currently in force for non-profit organizations (NPOs) subject to Law No. 7363\/2024<\/strong> to complete their registration in the corresponding administrative registry. Organizations established prior to January 2, 2026, have 90 calendar days to register, a period that runs until April 1, 2026, while those established thereafter have 30 calendar days from their incorporation.<\/span><\/p>

The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) has enabled the SIARA platform for the management of registrations and has made available on its official website a user manual, freely accessible and free of charge, detailing the registration procedure and the system\u2019s functionalities.<\/span><\/p>

Pursuant to Law No. 7363\/2024<\/strong> e Decree No. 4806\/2025<\/strong>, registration is mandatory for NPOs that receive or manage funds, regardless of their origin, and allocate them to participation in public policies in the Republic of Paraguay. The regulation provides specific exceptions and establishes that NPOs incorporated abroad must request registration exclusively via email at registro_osfl@mef.gov.py, where the applicable requirements will be communicated.<\/span><\/p>
