Biography

Lawyer specialized in Intellectual Property and Doctor in Social Sciences from Universidad Nacional de Asunción. He is a doctrinal and practical authority in intellectual property law in Paraguay.

He advises on the protection, defense and valuation of intangible assets, including trademarks, patents and copyrights, as well as on specialized litigation and international protection strategies. His practice combines specialized litigation, preventive advisory work and active participation in the doctrinal and regulatory development of intellectual property in the country.

He has led key professional organizations in the sector and participated in intellectual property regulatory reform processes, consolidating his technical and institutional influence in the evolution of the legal framework.
