Biography

Attorney specialized in Intellectual Property.

She holds a law degree from Universidad Americana de Asunción (2008) and a Master of Laws from Universidad del Norte (2014). She is a certified Public Translator (Spanish–English) before the Supreme Court of Justice of Paraguay (2014).

She also has additional training in tax and business matters, including Master’s studies in Commercial Law and Tax Advisory (thesis pending) and specialized courses in international auditing and taxation.

She has authored and co-authored publications on intellectual property in national and international specialized outlets, including Kluwer Law Online, CONSULEGIS IP Newsletter and Latin Lawyer.
