Lawyer graduated from Universidad Nacional de Asunción (1969), with more than five decades of experience in corporate, banking and finance law, mergers and acquisitions and international transactions. He is one of the historical figures of business law in Paraguay.
He has advised on high-complexity strategic transactions and has held relevant institutional positions, including roles linked to the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and advisory work for international financial institutions. His career has been associated with key processes of institutionalization and strengthening of the private sector in the country.
He is co-founder and General Counsel of the Paraguayan Chamber of Exporters and Traders of Cereals and Oilseeds (CAPECO) and serves as President of Fundación Solidaridad, consolidating leadership that combines legal practice, institutional engagement and social commitment.
