Certified Public Accountant with more than 15 years of professional experience, graduated from Universidad de la República (Uruguay). He specializes in the design and implementation of strategic solutions in financial reporting, management accounting and performance analysis, advising organizations across the corporate, financial and public sectors.
His practice combines technical expertise with a strategic approach, participating in accounting structuring processes, internal control optimization, performance analysis and the strengthening of corporate governance models. He also has extensive experience in Human Resources outsourcing and in the implementation and administration of payroll systems, providing comprehensive solutions aimed at operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
He integrates accounting expertise with a thorough understanding of the regulatory and financial environment, delivering key technical support in complex business processes and strategic decision-making.
He serves as Director of the Paraguayan-Uruguayan Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of both the Council of Public Accountants of Paraguay and the College of Public Accountants of Paraguay.
