HORACIO SÁNCHEZ

A tax lawyer specializing in international taxation with over ten years of experience advising multinational corporations and high-profile clients on complex tax matters. Horacio brings particular expertise in special investment regimes (maquila, investment law, and free trade zones), double taxation treaties, transfer pricing, wealth planning for high-net-worth individuals, and cross-border transactions.

He has served as a senior associate at leading law firms in Paraguay—advising on some of the country's largest industrial investment projects—and at firms in Spain, where he advised investors on intra-EU transactions.

In addition to his legal practice, Horacio is a professor of tax law at the Universidad Católica de Asunción and a lecturer in the graduate program at the Faculty of Economics of the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
