1. Personal informationIt is not limited to the ID card: it includes images, videos, financial data, biometric data, employment information, and health information.
2. Scope of ApplicationIt applies to individuals and legal entities: companies, entrepreneurs, NGOs, digital platforms, businesses, and others.
3. ConsentIt must be prior, explicit, and informed.
4. Penalties
The regulations provide for administrative penalties, fines, and liability for damages in the event of noncompliance.
