How can fines be reduced?
✔ Up to 70% in reductions for companies with 1 to 30 employees
✔ Up to 50% in reductions for companies with more than 30 employees
Applies to violations recorded from January 2020 through
the decree's entry into force
How is the payment divided into installments?
Fines may be paid in installments under the following conditions:
✔ Up to 10 equal installments
✔ Initial delivery of the 20%
✔ Possibility of reducing the remaining balance
✔ Additional discount available when you pay off the entire balance
