The Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Social Security (MTESS) called a meeting with the Paraguayan Association of Labor Lawyers (AAL), in which our senior associate participated Pamela Balbuena Rumich, an active member of the AAL.
At the meeting, a proposal for new regulations aimed at preventing and addressing situations of discrimination, violence, and harassment in the workplace was presented. This initiative promotes the implementation of company protocols designed to prevent such incidents and respond in a timely and effective manner, thereby ensuring the protection of workers in accordance with current legislation.
