The Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Social Security was issued by the MTESS Resolution No. 462/2026, which establishes regulations governing the implementation of digital Labor Information Records.
- Mandatory implementation: The MTESS established regulations governing the mandatory implementation of Labor Information Books in digital format through the REOP System.
- Monthly employment data: The records must include monthly information on wages, working hours, vacation time, overtime, and other employment-related data for each employee.
- Affidavit and Deadlines: The certification of the books will be in the form of an affidavit and may be conducted on a monthly or annual basis through March of the following year.
- Penalty System: Failure to prepare and certify the books may result in fines of up to 30 times the minimum daily wage, depending on the number of employees.
